ATTA FLOUR

Atta Flour is a type of wholemeal flour, or pulverized whole wheat, that is used in making Omani Rekhal/Rugag, Indian Chapati, Puri, Phulka, Tandoori Roti, and North Indian Paratha. Brown in color, it is derived from the complete wheat kernel with bran. Atta has gluten, which provides possessing and extensibility properties.
